Saugatuck South is a two bedroom two bath condo located on the third floor. The master has a King bed and an ensuite shower. The guest room has two queen beds and access to the second bath that has a shower. This condo located in Ft. Lauderdale is close to everything. All long term rentals subject to management approval.

Rental Rules:

NOISE LEVELS Due to this being a condo noise levels must be kept down at all times as to not bother neighbors whether you are inside the condo or out on the porch. If neighbors complain of noise it will be a substantial problem for us.
1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. You can smoke responsibly on the screened in porch.
2.) You and your guests are using our condo at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property or the association will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Pool may be used and all posted rules apply.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at the property. There is parking for one car in spot 36, do not back car in spot only pull forward. You can be parked in spot 36 for up to a month. Guest parking can be used but no longer than 3 nights at a time or your car will be towed. It will also be towed if you are in guest parking without the pass in your window. Passes are with the keys in the condo.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay.
6.) Grill is in pool area and is to be cleaned after each use. Grills can NOT be used in unit or on the units screened in porch.
7.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. Neighbors are close so keep music at low levels at all times and keep noise down on screened porch at night.
8.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
9.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
