Great condo, comfortable and convenient

Our family of 6 stayed the week and enjoyed every minute. A walking distance to Saugatuck and Douglas, great views, comfortable cottage. We would love to return again.

Outstandingly clean and pet friendly

Great location outside of Douglas. Spotless room, dog friendly with outside grounds, firepit and sitting area. Hot tub is a newer addition. Great dining walking distance from motel at Vickie’s for breakfast with a smile and Kirby house. Comfy beds and spotless room! Our second stay with our dog.

Sisters weekend

The Blue Star penthouse was a great place for our sisters get together coming from 3 different states. The place was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the five of us. We appreciated your restaurant suggestions. Location was excellent for shopping and convenient for church on Sunday. Thank you. We would recommend it to anyone.

Location location location, great spaces for multiple groups as part of one party. Accommodations and amenities are perfect.

Tiny but clean

Blue Star Motel was a perfect place for an overnight stay following an event in Saugatuck. The location is just a short drive from Saugatuck and within walking distance of Douglas. The room is small, but was very clean and comfortable. It is well appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and TV. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had good pressure and was spacious. There is a nice commons area in the back. This motel was perfect for a couple for one night. The small size might be a problem during a longer stay, but it had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was convenient. Communications with the management team is excellent. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place, great location!

This was a wonderful place for our family of 6 adults. Beautiful and well furnished. Short walk to restaurants, shops, boat docks. Owner was quick to respond to all questions we asked. The only suggestion we have is to put a bureau or shelves in the downstairs back bedroom. It had nothing but hooks for organizing clothing for an adult guest.
