Unit has every amenity needed to provide wonderful memories - including a hot tub. The Nightingale is a two-bedroom, one-bath unit, and if rented with the attached cottage, the Hummingbird, this becomes a three-bedroom, two-bath cottage. This cozy home is a charming place to get away and feel secluded while still staying close to town. WiFi access available in your cottage, as well as 2 flat-screen smart TVs. The first bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The full bath has a walk in shower. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach, and a 3-block walk to downtown Saugatuck where you'll find shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and more! Sleeps four.

50% down required to book property. 100% refund 60 days from reservation, 50% refund 30 days from reservation, no refunds inside 30 days. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. There are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages.
