Water Street Retreat is across the street from the Kalamazoo river and the Ship N shore Motel. It has just been remodeled with high end finishes and decor. It is walking distance to town, restaurants, entertainment. This Quaint condo has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout couch for a total occupancy of up to 4. This cottage is available all year around so you can enjoy Saugatuck Spring, Summer, Fall and winter. In the fall take in the local wineries, orchards, and hard cider mills all within 10 min of Saugatuck. In the winter enjoy the beauty of the lake effect snow Saugatuck gets and hike in the trails or rent some cross country skis. Downhill ski resorts such as bitter sweet is only a 40 minute drive.

Will Quaint Cottages Manage our property?

What is our Cancellation Policy?

50% down required to book property. 100% refund 60 days from reservation, 50% refund 30 days from reservation, no refunds inside 30 days. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. There are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages. If you did not purchase when you booked the property you can still purchase within 7 days of booking by visiting the following site.
