As a short term vacation rental company some of our Cottages rent monthly in the off season. Typically offseason rentals will start the first Friday after Labor day or the first day of November and go until April 30 or end of May. Please select any cottage you are interested in and select the off season dates for the pricing. The pricing that the website gives you will be within 10% of the price. You can book the cottage instantly on the website and the pricing and payment terms will be adjusted. The items that will change in the price are the cleaning fee will be double, their will not be sales tax for stays over 28 days, and the security deposit will be time 4 and is refundable after your stay. 50% down required to book property. 100% refund 60 days from reservation, 50% refund 30 days from reservation, no refunds inside 30 days. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. There are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages.
