Chalet #56 is an updated Chalet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed and two bunk beds. The living room has a 40" Flat Screen Wall Panel TV and WI-FI is included with Comcast (extended channels). The living room has two Brand new couches along with Brand new carpet in the Living room/Dining room. The dining room has new table with seating for six. The bathroom was also remodeled with a roomy shower stall. A skylight lights your way up the stairs to those two bedrooms which have their own air conditioners and new ceiling fans. The kitchen has brand new refrigerator and newer dishwasher. The full kitchen includes a brand new microwave and a new toaster, coffeemaker, stove and espresso maker. The back porch has a great view of an open Grassy area to play any family game of ball. And the back-porch also has brand new indoor/outdoor gray carpet with a large gray picnic table ready for your outdoor eating extravaganza. The front deck has a view of beautiful trees, and just listen to the sounds of nature. There is a sand volleyball court right around the corner. The heated pool is less than a one-minute walk out the front door next to the Volleyball area. If you like Sunrises and sunsets, Lake Michigan and the Beach are less than a quarter of a mile away. As it is less than a two-minute walk to the Lake and beach.

All deposits made toward cottage rental are non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. Refunds on cancellations can not be given at any time and there are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages. If you did not purchase when you booked the property you can still purchase within 14 days of booking by visiting the following site.
