Another BR, bath, laundry & a breezeway complete the main level. The walkout lower level boasts a spacious rec. room, another full kitchen, family room, two bedrooms, walk-in closet and full bath. A perfect place to entertain family & friends. The master bedroom will have a king bed and a tv. The second bedroom will also have a king bed and a tv. The loft will have a king bunk bed with a queen trundle. The lower bedroom #4 will have 2 queen Beds. The lower bedroom number 5 will also have 2 queen beds. There is a large sectional with a pop up queen sleeper in the lower entertainment room. Bringing the total capacity to 18. There is a pool table off the kitchen downstairs next the lower living area. There is a fire pit area outside on the back patio. The whole back side of the house has amazing views of Potawatamie marsh whether sitting by the fire or in the 7 person hot tub that is available all year around. This is a VERY private cottage that is only minutes from downtown Saugatuck. The garage may or may not be available for use.

50% down required to book property. 100% refund 60 days from reservation, 50% refund 30 days from reservation, no refunds inside 30 days. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. There are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages.
