A gourmet kitchen will please any cook, and there is plenty of space for seating guests to eat or relax. Surround sound for music or TV, with cable and internet provided as well. Relax on the balcony overlooking the water and downtown on the main level as well.

The lower level has two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bath with a queen bed, and the fourth bunk room has room for five guests, it has a single size single size bunk bed, a double size single size bunk bed and a built in day bed (day bed only 5.5' long)  . Enjoy a second living/rec room, plus walkout french doors to the docks and the water's edge.

50% down required to book property. 100% refund 60 days from reservation, 50% refund 30 days from reservation, no refunds inside 30 days. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. There are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages.
